Finally a stability ball that you don't have to chaseWith the growing popularity of Pilates, yoga, and stretching classes, the use of exercise balls is increasing. However, many consumers are still intimidated by working out on a large rolling object.
The Reebok® Exercise Ball offers an innovative solution to the problem.
The Reebok® Exercise Ball's breakthrough design enables the ball to stay in place, so users can safely change positions and perform the exercises. No more chasing the ball across the room or awkwardly fumbling to complete a workout.
However, it maintains the key function of an exercise ball -- engaging core muscles with its dynamic surface. Using the Exercise Ball strengthens the core muscles -- the source of good posture, balance, and stability.
The same revolutionary innovation that keeps the Exercise Ball in place also allows consumers to use the ball as a 5-pound weight. This exercise Ball gives the simplest exercise the added resistance necessary to get the most out of a workout.
The Reebok® Exercise Ball comes in 2 sizes-55cm, and 65cm-accommodating users of all heights.
